With over 20 years combined experience in culinary menu development and creative packaged food product development, Concept to Kitchen Design approaches each project with the unique perspective of both a chef and a food scientist, translating new food ideas into products that can be manufactured. Blending Classical French culinary training with professional experience in hotels and restaurants in Europe and the United States with extensive food science knowledge, education and experience, Concept to Kitchen Design brings together the art and science of designing food products.
